Christian Home Based Business Teaches Perseverance

Bothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,  press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.  Phillipians 3:13-14 (NIV)

We all make mistakes. Mistakes are just a part of the learning process.  All we can do is keep our eye on the goal and continue on in the direction we know we are supposed to be going.

Don't let people put you down, but be confident in your own abilities.  This blog post is short and sweet and to the point: Don't Give Up. Never, ever, ever give up.

GBG Christian Homebased Business May be A Place to Find New Friends

A few weeks ago, being single, I went through a lonely period of time.  It seemed like this feeling came over me all at once and enveloped my entire being.  Shake it, though I tried, by wearing a smile and pretending that my heart was not alone -- I was unable to do.

My main fellowship since I was released from a 12-year relationship has been the church I have been attending for the past year.  It seems that "single" people in churches are often the odd man out, and I was definitely feeling it.  Although I had surface relationships and my deep spiritual relationship with my Savior, there was still something missing.  It wasn't that I wanted to jump into a relationship again, I just wanted deeper friendships.

After the breakup, I began to spend time on Facebook, renewing old relationships and meeting some new people.  I set up several meetings with my old friends to catch up on life, but what I found was that these old relationships were part of another life, and that rebuilding a new life was taking more time than I wanted it to.

I had remembered my pastor saying that he had heard of people who would take Jesus out for a date and some even sat a place for him at the restaurant or whereever it was they were going.  I started doing that, usually going somewhere I had never been before, as you often do on a date.  This may sound like an off-the-wall thing to do, but it was beginning to fill a small part of the void I had felt.  I also decided to begin treating myself better by dressing up and looking the best I could.  The hole I felt in my heart was beginning to mend.  As I began to read the Bible and pray to my Savior for help with my emotions, I remembered the scripture --

The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.
Who can understand it? (Jeremiah 17:9) -- NIV

This feeling of isolation was a weopon the enemy was using against me to make me feel defeated.  But the enemy did not win, and God said:

"The battle is not yours but God's." (2 Chronicles 20:15)

The feelings of lonliness are now gone and God has replaced beauty for ashes.

Being in GBG (my Christian Home Based Business) been a good thing for me because the product (10in1), a liquid multivitamin with superjuices, has ingredients which have given me both energy and help with stress reduction.

After deciding on my why which I told you was giving hope to the hopeless, God has turned my life around.  He has cut away old things and replaced them with new and better things. I began attracting people to me that I knew God wanted to be in my business.  What I had needed were some positive people with a God-given vision for what he wanted in their life.  People began to see me in a new light.  I don't know if they even knew that I was a product of the failing economic conditions in the USA (having lost my car, my house, and my relationship).  These people were attracted because they could see that something was making a change in me and they wanted to be part of their own transformation.

It was not that I had a desire to go out and buy expensive cars, clothes or any of the status symbols that come with the accumulation of wealth.  My new vision for wealth accumulation was just a bi-product of beginning to act and live in what God had ordained for me.  I was now over that "poverty mentality."

As God said in his word, I would that you would prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.

My transformation was  also taking place because I had changed--not my circumstances had changed.  When I began to act and live in what God tells me I am, all earth began to move to accomodate my presence.  I had become "a child of the King."  I was before, but had just not accepted the gift of being his child.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget
not all his benefits: (Psalms 103:2) KJV

How many King's kids are in poverty?   How many have forgotten all his benefits?

                                           GOD IS GOOD

If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? (Luke 11:11)

Most of the people pictured here are on my team In GBG
we are a FAMILY team of friends helping each other to achieve
I had begun to believe that God really did have a plan for me and it was good.  As I began to take my business with GBG seriously, I started to arrive at a skillset which would make me successful.  Our team had begun to have calls each day to help us focus in on our goals.  My sponsor, CJ, had a written blueprint for success which he called "The 7 Keys for GBG Success."  I breezed thru them not really taking them seriously. But, I needed to do something, because what I was doing was not working.  As I started taking things seriously, I  read the second rule which was, "decide on your why."  I have talked a little about this in a previous post. This was a milestone for me.  Before I did this, I was going in several directions--I was in no way living out the plan God had designed for me.  As I began to concentrate on my reason for living (other than just to pay the bills), I determined that it was to give hope to the hopeless.

My idea of feeling hopeless was a state where a person is unable to move forward due to some type of mind blockage which causes procrastination and reluctance to move forward.  Staying where you are is often confortable for awhile, but it is often a road which leads to nowhere.  How could I, being a Christian, get to the end of my life and have nothing accomplished for my Lord.

He heals the broken hearted and binds up their
                         wounds." (Psalm 147:3)

"He has sent me to bind up the broken
                          hearted." (Isaiah 61:1)

When I began to help others, I soon found that what I was giving out was being received by my spirit.  I began to be at peace and had a feeling of selfworth that only God's word  and love can provide.

In these trying economic conditions, the enemy wants us to believe that there is no money around--that everybody is broke--that you will never succeed.  This is not true.  Even though we have a high unemployment rate at the present time which hovers around the 10% rate, there is still enough money to go around.  What I have found from my experience is that people tend to get what they really want.  They find a way.  Ask any alcoholic or drug addict.  Ask a mother who wants school clothes for her children.

If you feel hopeless, get yourself a new set of desires.  Ask God to make his desires your desires.

Maybe, you have not even accepted Jesus into your heart.  This, my friend should be your first step in transformation.  Should you decide to make this move, the journey will will not always be easy, but "with God, all things are possible" and he definitely has a plan for your life if you only ask.  I am giving you the plan of salvation on the following link.

Don't put it off, my friend. This could be your day for divine appointment.  You will join a family of believers all over the world.  As a child of the King you will join a family of believers with kindrid spirits who love you and will pray for you.  We welcome you with love and outstretched arms.  It is only thru a relationship with Jesus Christ that your true purpose and calling will be revealed. And the greatest friend you will ever have is Jesus Christ.

This is the most precious thing I could offer you, friend, and more valuable than all the gold and diamonds on earth.

Let the GBG Christian Home Based Business pay for your Christmas

Every year about this time we begin to think about the holidays ahead. To some, this is the best time of the year, but for others it is dreaded--not because it is dreaded for the joy it brings, but because they know they'll have to whip their credit cards out, already carrying high balances. Some people have no credit and few cash reserves, so they are relying on their rainy day fund--which is almost depleated.

If you are one of the one in ten who are unemployed, you may be asking yourself, "where is the money going to come from?" Yes we do depend on the Lord to supply all our needs according to his riches in glory, but are all the presents at Christmas a "need"? Wonder what Jesus would think about all the hooplah at Christmas, when Santa is mentioned more than Jesus at some households. Wonder what he would think about people going into debt when he says in the word: "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law."

This may sound crazy to you, but I've always been broke after Christmas. I just gave what I had, and if Christmas was over and I had any money--it would be a miracle. Last year was sorta different: we do have a big family and as usual, I had bought all these presents for people knowing full well, they might not like them. There had also been alot of sadness in our family due to the fact that my step-father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and things were not the same. So, on a lark, I just made a game out of it, dividing and we played a game where everyone had a chance to choose another package if they did not like the one they had. What I found was that everyone wanted the gift cards. They wanted to buy what they wanted, and it didn't matter that I had spent hours choosing just the right gift. I watched expressions while the game was played and it taught me a lesson about future Christmases. From then on out, I was still going to play the game with my family members as we did last year--but this year what I intend on doing is getting alot of little trinket gifts and a few gift cards and give the rest of the money to a needy family. Who cares if it doesn't seem like Christmas? This holiday was not being celebrated as I think Christ would have like it to be: decorations, yes--expensive gifts nobody cares about anyway and will probably take back: no. He gives us only so much time on earth, and we have to make the most of that time. Hours wasted on standing in long lines to spend money we don't have on people who don't care anway (most of the time). Like I said, this year (not because I don't have the money, but because I really don't think Jesus would have liked his birthday celebrated this way).

Our idea of buying expensive gifts is way out of line. We must reanalyze the way we approach this day and ask ourselves if this is what Jesus would want; after all it's his birtday celebration. Then we should find a way to celebrate the holiday without going into debt.

Now for one out of 10, you have no answer for celebrating Christmas as you are out of a job and out of money. Take a look at the opportunity with my homebased Christian opportunity. If you really knew how to analyze a company and product opportunity, you would see that GBG (guided by God) meets all the criteria to be the right choice for many people, whether employed or unemployed--as most people work the opportunity part-time.

Decide now to not go into debt this Christmas--God will supply the vehicle. There is always a way with God and nothing is impossible with God. Christmas is supposed to be a time of peace and joy. People who go into debt are planting a field of thorns which will be hard to plow thru once they are planted.

My goal is to provide hope for the hopeless. I point you in two directions: (1) the way of truth; Jesus says I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the father but by me", and (2) GBG (in my opinion, the perfect home based business for Christians and my choice for a debt-free Christmas.

GBG A Great Christian Home Based Business Opportunity

GBG - GUIDED BY GOD!

GBG is a Christian Business Opportunity
Christian people look for Christian people to do business with because they feel that if someone says that they are a Christian they might be treated better, in other words they hope that they will not get ripped off.

GBG means "Guided By God." Stuart Finger founded GBG as a company for all people and driven by Christian values

Stuart is a Christian and started this company so that people could use it be of better service to God, sharing the life of the Saviour, helping people become healthier, and living wealthier lifestyles.

Stuart said that he created this company so that everyone that joined could make money, not just the tech savvy or the big time networkers... Even the average person can find success in GBG.

That's what attracted me to the company. GBG is a company that has the same values that I hold dear.

With GBG Dreams Do Come True!
I love GBG and love to work with all people especially Christian people. I love the LORD, I am not perfect, but my LORD is, and I hope that people see Him in me. I know that God brought me to GBG and because of GBG my life has changed so much. I am finally at a place where I can help more people. I am less concerned with how I am going to make it in life and I can spend my life giving and helping others.
My real passion is helping other people become financially free so that they can find the freedom to live for the LORD and serve Him in a greater capacity.
We teach our team HOW TO market their businesses online and offline. We give you the tools you need to get started right away and grow as fast as you want to.

Thinking about an Old Friend - Glenn W. Turner

It was probably about 35 years ago when I was first introduced to the concept of network marketing.  The product was a fuel additive with a company called Mix-i-Go.  I don't remember much about it other than I bought some of the product, and as far as I remember--I never opened my mouth and told anybody about the product or the opportunity. (I was actually a shy person at the time, but with a strong desire to succeed).  I believe I signed up for Amway too later that year.  I was also at the first meeting of A.L. Williams at the convention center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  The business model of network marketing works.  The premise is that it cuts out the middle men and pays what would have been paid for advertising directly to the distributor.

When I met Glenn W. Turner (the King of network marketing), it was thru a group of friends who had been engaged with me in another company and are even affiliated with me now in my present company.  This was during the time when prepaid phone cards were popular.  Several companies like Destiny at that time used phone cards as their only product and grew to be huge companies.  Anyway, I was invited to a 3-day seminar called Steps to Greatness.  At that time, one of my brothers had passed away and I was very depressed.  I was the owner of a satellite dish business which specialized in the sale and installation of c-ban systems (the big 7-1/2' dishes).  I had let my business slide and since my overhead was so high, found myself going down the tube, so to say.  Glenn held a Steps to Greatness seminar which changed my way of thinking.  I went back home and cleared close to $8000 during the next 4 weeks.  Each day I would read an affirmation card which said, "I'm the great Cindy Brooks. I earn over $2000/week which comes to me thru a variety of sources."  And I did, but had to pull over to the side of the road and throw up a several of times.  I was on fire and determined--as Glenn W. Turner would say, "I was unstoppable."  I believed.  His course had encouraged me to again believe in myself again--a prerequisite for success, according to both Glenn and my rich dad.

You may not have ever heard of Glenn W Turner, even if you are in network marketing. But, he paid the price and along with Amway helped pave the way towards legitimacy for network marketing companies.  Glenn was sent to prison for not going by rules he never know existed.  You see, in the earlier years network marketing was considered a ponzi scheme by many. Glenn was used as a scapegoat to prevent his power from gaining control.  If you could go back and watch a video where he talked to thousands, you'd understnd what I mean.  And since network marketing was so young--there was not that much competition. Money always brings with it a certain amount of power, and Glenn had it.  His money and power had also elevated him to a position which empowered him to run for Senator.  Running for Senator was short lived--showing everyone involved with network marketing what might also be their fate. Five years from a man's life spent in prison is alot of time, but as he will tell you, "they never could take my mind."

If you're a networker or are interested in the network marketing field, do a little research on him.  Glenn W. Turner is a great guy who started out as a poor farm boy with a dogged desire and determination which propelled him to riches.  He helped network marketing to be a legitimate vehicle for wealth which is now even taught at Harvard Business School and given as a strategy for wealth by Donald Trump.

If you have given up on your economic status, you may want to investigate network marketing--but it is not to be taken lightly unless you can afford to waste alot of time and money before understanding the fundamentals of what makes it work and why you don't want to get involved with just any company.

Although I hate to admit it, I personally sorta played with network marketing--as alot of people who enter the field do. However, I helped create some some large downlines (even over 5000), but the companies I joined were mainly start-ups and short lived.

My biggest expense back then was my telephone bill which was often over $1000 a month, but the cost to communicate is much different now.  The internet has put people with marketing knowledge or the ability to delegate their work out on an equal playing field.  With social marketing sites like Facebook, relatioships are even easier to cultivate. I believe many people should investigate network marketing instead of working some menial job with low wages.  Network marketing is an exciting venue, if you treat it as a business.  And that is the key--treat it as a business, and as Glenn W. Turner says - stay with successful people.

To learn more about Glenn W. Turner, go to http://www.glennwturner.net/.
While there, you can listen to a recent interview with him.  No longer do you have to be ashamed if you have chosen this field of marketing as a career.  You could be part of the thousands of people who earn a significant income to make all their dreams come true and have residual income which will give them dignity in their retirement years.

Please bookmark my blog and visit back often.  My goal is to help encourage you and give hope to the hopeless.  There are always people who make money in tough economic conditions and you could be one of them.

Network Marketing on Steroids!

Wow, what a day.  Learning how to market on the internet is not as easy as it looks on the surface.  Thank the Lord I'm with a company which has leadership who has free training which is helping me to learn how to market on the internet without spending money.

When I was laid off in January, I knew nothing about Facebook.  I was to some extent computer literate, but knew nothing about social marketing.  I love it.  I love being an encourager and giving hope to others who are looking for an alternative to a life of mediocrity.  I love meeting new people.  I now have the vehicle which can help them achieve their dreams.  But most of all, I love being in the center of God's will for my life.  There was a huge breakthrough last week after I wrote my WHY (you might want to look at yesterday's post to get further clarification on that).  Without a WHY, a person may just grope in darkness.  Having a why brings forth enthusiasm and establishes motivation.

Check out my latest GBG Video:  http://www.shopgbg.com/jpp777/372390
New chewables have been ordered for international expansion and a new sampling program will soon be available.  This is so very exciting.  With all of these new enhancements to the payplan, the best addition is the new profit sharing plan.

Have you ever heard that you need to kiss a lot of toads to meet your handsome prince?  Well that's the way I have felt about network marketing.  In the past, I've help build huge downlines only to find that the company soon went out of business.  However, with the company I'm now affilated with--they've been in business for 14 years, but only now has everything lined up to make it everything I've ever wanted in a network marketing company.

I cannot say this is the solution to "your" financial problems, only that for thousands it has lended new hope towards economic recovery.  It could possibly do the same for you.  Take a look at the video above, on the platinum, then get signed up on my website or if you just want to be a customer and try the product, there is a 60-day money back guarantee.  If you need to call me, you can reach me at (423) 591-5914.

Determining Your Why or Joy Comes in the Morning

Hello friends,

The journey begins with a single step.  You have the ability and freewill to determine which direction you want to go.  Many people walk thru life not thinking about any specific direction, just going with the flow.  What happens to these people is that they never accomplish their own goals--they live a life fulfilling the goals of someone else.  A life well lived should be lived on your own terms meeting your own goals.  I'm not meaning to be selfish, but there are many people out there who will suck you in and use you for their own benefit to meet goals they have set for themselves.  It's fine to be part of this -- as long as your goal meets with theirs, but a tragedy if they do not.

Now, you ask me, what do you mean by my WHY?  Am I talking about a purpose driven life, a passion or just what?  I am talking about the reason you do what you do, other than just to put food on the table or pay the bills (your reason for doing what you do).

Also, in my last post, I was trying to encourage the hopeless--those who had lost their dream.  During this time of economic crisis in our nation, many have lost everything.  Let me take this time to encourage you.  I "was" one of those.  I lost all my savings as well as a 2400sf  home with 3 acres (my dream home, the one I called my "promised land)."  I was upgrading to put my life on a new level, so I thought.  What I soon found out was that a big house with acerage took time to maintain and equip, and it therefore became a burden to me.  I was spending all my free time, instead of doing things for my God, doing things around the house.  Yes it did give me a certain sense of satisfaction, but it also was a big emotional burden with all the upkeep involved.  My car, which was reposessed, was a vehicle used in my job and actually I owed more than it was worth, so it was therefore a burden also.  What I'm trying to say is that I went from earning $62k last year to $300/week in unemployment.  I could have given up -- but cars and houses can be replaced and many lessons were learned by moving to the next level.  Mainly, at least for me, I was defining myself by what I owned instead of who I was and who I was becoming.  My job took up so much time and emotional energy, I was incapable of pursuing any pleasures in life.  The dog-eat-dog competive lifestyle had taken a drain on me in every way.  I had been working 50-55 hrs/wk to be able to own a nice car and a nice big house I could not enjoy. This is how I can talk to you from the heart.  I'm speaking from experience.

Now, about my own WHY and how I felt before I determined my WHY.  Before I determined my WHY, I felt lonely and isolated.  Friends--it's hard to have friends when you feel like there's a black cloud over your head.  But let me tell you this -- as soon as I determined my WHY, my life immediately began to do a complete turn-around.  My own personal WHY was to give hope to the hopeless while at the same time pursuing my own personal path of self growth along with travel and writing with a flexible lifestyle. Every decison I began to make was wrapped up in my WHY--it gave me power and strength because I knew that my life was divinely guided and I was in God's will.

In school, we were never told how to determine our WHY--the one thing which would give more joy than any other awareness we might have.  This should be, in my opinion, a required subject before a person graduates from high school. Many students graduate from high school with no idea of where they are going or what they are going to do.  And when they do pursue career activities, it is often menial or with no future anticipated goal.

When you have determined your WHY, please put a comment on my blog and let me know how it is effecting your life.  I believe it will be one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

The Bible states that "the kingdom of God is within you."  You have the ability to determine your own future.  Do not listen to those who want to see you fail or are happy to see you live a life of mediocrity.  The Bible also states, "seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you" and also that "it is God's great pleasure to give you the kingdom."  He desires relationship with you and he died "so that you might have life and have it more abundantly."  Please--when I say anything to you--judge it by the book (the Bible).  The word of God says to "study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."  I am just a messenger of the gospel (the Good News of Christ).  The keys to a life well lived on earth are found in the Bible and thru the Holy Spirit.

God has the ability to give you "beauty for ashes."  Never give up, my friend.

I really appreciate your taking the time to read my blog, and I pray that God blesses you and your family in this time of crisis.  I will not sugarcoat what is happening; I will only tell you that there is a vehicle available for your own economic success and that many people are replacing their old incomes with a new opportunity.  There are always those who succeed in economic crisis--those who see an opportunity and act on that opportunity.  Do not fear.  Whether you choose this pathway to wholeness or a different pathway, let God show you the way.  He says, "there is a way which seemeth right to many, but the end thereof is destruction," ---so let the Holy Spirit of God guide your way.  I am praying for you, dear friend.

A New Beginning - Christian Home Based Blog

You know, the crazy thing about life is that every day is a new day and you're allowed to start over on any given day. Each day, once you make a decision, gives you new options and opportunities.

It's hard to believe that I finally found the right homebased opportunity which gives me everything I need to have a more stable financial future along with the ability to help each member on my team be able to do the same.  I will tell you more in the future about my journey to freedom -- so mark me on your favorites and come back often.

We all have dreams, and don't tell me you don't.  You may have just given up.  My two words for you today is "Do something."  Don't give up.  Lost your job?  It's not over.  Lost your house to foreclosure?  It's not over.  Lost your car and credit rating?  I'm here to tell you - hey man, it's not over.  Do something.  One of my favorite quotations is by Charlie "Tremendous" Jones--"It's better to move ahead and stub your toe, than never to move at all." Don't be afraid of failure.  Each failure is only one more step towards success.  Ask Thomas Edison, the inventor of lightbulb.  He failed his way to success over 10,000 times.  The secret to his success was that he never gave up.

Tomorrow I will be posting on determining your WHY (more about that later).  Have a good day and follow your dreams and don't give up.
