Why I Chose GBG|Guided by God|Christian homebased business|10in1 Chewable Vitamin

Why I Chose GBG|Guided by God|Christian homebased business|10in1 Chewable Vitamin

Author: Cindy Brooks

I am very thankful my Christian home based business has passed the test of time. Many years ago, I was first introduced to network marketing as a viable vehicle for success. I would say I was about 25 years old when I had my first introduction, and now more than 30 years later -- I am still a believer.

What is network marketing? Network marketing is a way of bringing a product to the consumer which eliminates the need to advertise for the company--because they have a team of distributors which advertises for them in the best way possible--word of mouth. Companies can calculate the cost of distribution in a clear and concise manner and pass the savings on to the distributors in terms of residual income.

What is residual income? First, let me tell you what linear income is. Linear income is the process of exchanging time for work, in other words selling your time for money. This is done every day by many people across the United States. Trading time for money is what some people once considered a safe route to go. When considering the failure rate of starting a small company and the risk factor involved, for many people (in their mind) think working a regular JOB is the only way to go.

Yes, linear income is a safe route towards a safe retirement, or is it? For many people, in earlier times, choosing a stable company was much like a marriage decision--a life decision, and a good one if chosen wisely. Nowadays, neither employees nor corporations make commitments. It is all about the bottom line--making profit.

Residual income is selling a product one time to the end consumer and being able to benefit from that one sale again and again. This is a standard in the field of insurance or maybe newspaper/magazine subscriptions, cable tv/satellite, --too many to list. Now, with network marketing instead of the residuals being from just one subscriber, this residual income can come from a whole team of people. The reason for this is that once a person joins your team and purchases a product and tells another person who purchases a product, those people are on your team, and those products sold are team sales. Although the monetary benefit might not be that much from just one sale, when you take into consideration the sales of a team, you may have thousands of dollars in income which started out just by telling one person who purchased a product and then told others who did the same. (I hope this explained the process a little and that it is not too difficult to understand).

Many people once looked on network marketing as a pyramid scam since they believed that only the people at the top made all the money. But times have changed, and with the advent of a down-turned economy, people are willing to take a look with a more open mind, when it comes to earning income. Many people are desperate for alternate sources of income.

The problem with network marketing in general is that network marketing has often received a bad name due to the fact that many unscrupulous companies already having an exit plan before ever beginning. Also, another detriment to the industry is that many "heavy hitters," those who have built large teams, jump from one company to another taking their team with them. This is often not done for any other reason than greed.

Now, back to my main reason in writing this article. I want to tell you honestly why I chose GBG. I chose GBG because I was previously a consumer of the product, 10 in 1 liquid vitamins. It was only a natural progression because I loved the product and wanted to tell others I thought the product would help. While a consumer only, I had a job which was both demanding and stressful and also required much energy (mostly emotional), to keep me going towards my projected goal. My income was determined by my outcome, which at times was difficult to achieve though no fault of my own.

My main goal was to keep believing and not give up. Some days were good and others were not. But, in the back of my mind I felt in the end I would profit. The law of numbers came into play. Just go for the numbers, and the benefit will come. Therefore, I did that for three years, only to be laid off from a job which helped me achieve the income level I needed at that time. Now, I see and it has become evident that those beliefs have groomed me to be a perfect candidate to what I am now experiencing with GBG, especially since we will be going international in just a few months. By adding to our line a 10 in 1 chewable multivitamin, we are poised for massive growth, and I am in at the onset. Success happens when preparedness meets opportunity. Everything happens for a purpose.

I have always detested working for someone else, to some extent. It seems that I was paid just enough to keep me from quitting or looking for another replacement job. What I really desired was to have a flexible position where I could earn good money and still be able to pursue personal goals like writing and spending time with family and friends. I have found this through network marketing. Yes, the product was very important to me in making a decision to join GBG, but I would never have promoted the product in a big way had there not been a lucrative payplan behind it.  GBG offers a very lucrative payplan with good income both to the part-time networker, and also to the full-time networker. There is even a part of the payplan which is copywrighted by our owner, Stuart Finger.

I do not encourage people to leave their jobs. Right now, a JOB is a precious commodity which is not easy to find. If you do decide to go full-time, I would ask you to wait until you are making more with your networking position than you do at your regular position. You should also have some type of nest egg set aside. Even though I did have a nest egg when I was laid off, it was quickly extinguished, due to my high standard of living at that time. I believe all people should sit down and devise a "Plan B" to fall back on if anything ever does happen to your regular job. I also believe people should be in a field of work which they love. If not, it is time for an analysis on both parts (network marketing and your chosen career field). You say, it's too late; I have no choice. I'm here to tell you, as a living testimony, you always have a choice. Think it through.

I chose GBG for the following reasons: (1) The product; (2) Company integrity (3) Compensation Plan which is beneficial to both the part-time and the full-time networker; (4) Company and Team leadership -- the owner is a distributor just like we are and earns his income through the compensation plan; he had been with other companies where he was successful but others were not. He, therefore, designed the company and compensation plan to help prevent what he had himself experienced; and (5) GBG is a Chrsitian homebased business opportunity. Yes, I've been through a lot of network marketing companies to finally find my home. Most other networkers who are successful will probably tell you that this isn't their first time around the park in regards to network marketing. We view finding the right company as part of our journey. In other words, you often have to kiss alot of toads before you meet your handosme prince. GBG is my handsome prince, and I truly love GBG.

Christian Home Based Business Teaches Perseverance

Bothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,  press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.  Phillipians 3:13-14 (NIV)

We all make mistakes. Mistakes are just a part of the learning process.  All we can do is keep our eye on the goal and continue on in the direction we know we are supposed to be going.

Don't let people put you down, but be confident in your own abilities.  This blog post is short and sweet and to the point: Don't Give Up. Never, ever, ever give up.

GBG Christian Homebased Business May be A Place to Find New Friends

A few weeks ago, being single, I went through a lonely period of time.  It seemed like this feeling came over me all at once and enveloped my entire being.  Shake it, though I tried, by wearing a smile and pretending that my heart was not alone -- I was unable to do.

My main fellowship since I was released from a 12-year relationship has been the church I have been attending for the past year.  It seems that "single" people in churches are often the odd man out, and I was definitely feeling it.  Although I had surface relationships and my deep spiritual relationship with my Savior, there was still something missing.  It wasn't that I wanted to jump into a relationship again, I just wanted deeper friendships.

After the breakup, I began to spend time on Facebook, renewing old relationships and meeting some new people.  I set up several meetings with my old friends to catch up on life, but what I found was that these old relationships were part of another life, and that rebuilding a new life was taking more time than I wanted it to.

I had remembered my pastor saying that he had heard of people who would take Jesus out for a date and some even sat a place for him at the restaurant or whereever it was they were going.  I started doing that, usually going somewhere I had never been before, as you often do on a date.  This may sound like an off-the-wall thing to do, but it was beginning to fill a small part of the void I had felt.  I also decided to begin treating myself better by dressing up and looking the best I could.  The hole I felt in my heart was beginning to mend.  As I began to read the Bible and pray to my Savior for help with my emotions, I remembered the scripture --

The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.
Who can understand it? (Jeremiah 17:9) -- NIV

This feeling of isolation was a weopon the enemy was using against me to make me feel defeated.  But the enemy did not win, and God said:

"The battle is not yours but God's." (2 Chronicles 20:15)

The feelings of lonliness are now gone and God has replaced beauty for ashes.

Being in GBG (my Christian Home Based Business) been a good thing for me because the product (10in1), a liquid multivitamin with superjuices, has ingredients which have given me both energy and help with stress reduction.

After deciding on my why which I told you was giving hope to the hopeless, God has turned my life around.  He has cut away old things and replaced them with new and better things. I began attracting people to me that I knew God wanted to be in my business.  What I had needed were some positive people with a God-given vision for what he wanted in their life.  People began to see me in a new light.  I don't know if they even knew that I was a product of the failing economic conditions in the USA (having lost my car, my house, and my relationship).  These people were attracted because they could see that something was making a change in me and they wanted to be part of their own transformation.

It was not that I had a desire to go out and buy expensive cars, clothes or any of the status symbols that come with the accumulation of wealth.  My new vision for wealth accumulation was just a bi-product of beginning to act and live in what God had ordained for me.  I was now over that "poverty mentality."

As God said in his word, I would that you would prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.

My transformation was  also taking place because I had changed--not my circumstances had changed.  When I began to act and live in what God tells me I am, all earth began to move to accomodate my presence.  I had become "a child of the King."  I was before, but had just not accepted the gift of being his child.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget
not all his benefits: (Psalms 103:2) KJV

How many King's kids are in poverty?   How many have forgotten all his benefits?

                                           GOD IS GOOD

If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? (Luke 11:11)

Most of the people pictured here are on my team In GBG
we are a FAMILY team of friends helping each other to achieve
I had begun to believe that God really did have a plan for me and it was good.  As I began to take my business with GBG seriously, I started to arrive at a skillset which would make me successful.  Our team had begun to have calls each day to help us focus in on our goals.  My sponsor, CJ, had a written blueprint for success which he called "The 7 Keys for GBG Success."  I breezed thru them not really taking them seriously. But, I needed to do something, because what I was doing was not working.  As I started taking things seriously, I  read the second rule which was, "decide on your why."  I have talked a little about this in a previous post. This was a milestone for me.  Before I did this, I was going in several directions--I was in no way living out the plan God had designed for me.  As I began to concentrate on my reason for living (other than just to pay the bills), I determined that it was to give hope to the hopeless.

My idea of feeling hopeless was a state where a person is unable to move forward due to some type of mind blockage which causes procrastination and reluctance to move forward.  Staying where you are is often confortable for awhile, but it is often a road which leads to nowhere.  How could I, being a Christian, get to the end of my life and have nothing accomplished for my Lord.

He heals the broken hearted and binds up their
                         wounds." (Psalm 147:3)

"He has sent me to bind up the broken
                          hearted." (Isaiah 61:1)

When I began to help others, I soon found that what I was giving out was being received by my spirit.  I began to be at peace and had a feeling of selfworth that only God's word  and love can provide.

In these trying economic conditions, the enemy wants us to believe that there is no money around--that everybody is broke--that you will never succeed.  This is not true.  Even though we have a high unemployment rate at the present time which hovers around the 10% rate, there is still enough money to go around.  What I have found from my experience is that people tend to get what they really want.  They find a way.  Ask any alcoholic or drug addict.  Ask a mother who wants school clothes for her children.

If you feel hopeless, get yourself a new set of desires.  Ask God to make his desires your desires.

Maybe, you have not even accepted Jesus into your heart.  This, my friend should be your first step in transformation.  Should you decide to make this move, the journey will will not always be easy, but "with God, all things are possible" and he definitely has a plan for your life if you only ask.  I am giving you the plan of salvation on the following link.

Don't put it off, my friend. This could be your day for divine appointment.  You will join a family of believers all over the world.  As a child of the King you will join a family of believers with kindrid spirits who love you and will pray for you.  We welcome you with love and outstretched arms.  It is only thru a relationship with Jesus Christ that your true purpose and calling will be revealed. And the greatest friend you will ever have is Jesus Christ.

This is the most precious thing I could offer you, friend, and more valuable than all the gold and diamonds on earth.

GBG Home Based Business Gives you Breaks

GBG  Christian Home Business
Answer to the stress of the JOB
Have you ever worked or do you work at a job where you do not get a break? I have had several jobs like that, and it is very tiring. I'm in no way downgrading having a job, however. There are so many people who do not have a job at this time, that those who do have a job are very thankful; however, talking about breaks -- I remember being a waitress (need a break to go to the bathroom during a rush--forget it), working at a convenience store with nobody to relieve you--no break; hey, I need a break!  What's a person to do?

In January, I lost my job. Our office (a subcontractor for a cable company) closed the doors with no advance warning. I was called on the phone by one of the employees I work with and told the sad news.

Honestly, I thought he was playing a joke on me--but I had to face the truth. I had some money saved which helped me for a little bit, but my life was going to change quickly from bringing in over $1000/wk take home to an unemployment check of $300.

It was right after Christmas and the devestation this news brought was a big blow to the about 30 employees I worked with.  My job had started out as a little part-time job, but somehow I had built it up to a rewarding full-time job with excellent benefits. All this was gone. This job, however, was giving me "burntout" because there was never an end and it was very stressful. My income was determined by how hard I worked, and I worked hard (often over 50 hours a week) with little room and time for breaks, but still I did have control of my own time which is better than alot of people who have to answer the call of the taskmaster--many with hard grueling jobs which give no personal satisfaction except for a weekly paycheck and no appreciation by corporate bosses.  You know what I mean.  As a Christian, we are told in
Col. 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”

It is difficult to do that when we are surrounded by people who use profanity as a part of their everyday language and treat us as though we are despensable.  You know, I didn't even take a break to go to the dentist during the three years I worked at my job.  The week before the layoff, I finally went and had lined up the work to be done by my dentist, finally  just doing it, if you know what I mean.  Anyway, immediately at the time of the layoff,  I no longer had any dental or hospitalization.  I could have used Cobra, but at the time I couldn't release any money, as  it was hard getting by on $300/week.

The constant daily wearing down of a stressful job with few breaks takes a toll on body and soul.  I'm here to tell you that you deserve a break.  Begin by taking small amounts of time and setting them aside just for yourself and for reading and reflection and the study of God's word.  He does not want you to be oppressed.  Did you ever think about the desciples: did any of them work for someone else?  They were all self-employed, weren't they?  God wants some risk takers.  In this time of being thankful for our jobs, when so many are out of work, ask yourself whether you have  a plan B (another way).  The Bible says in Proverbs 29:18, "where there is no vision, my people perish." and Hosea 4:6 states  "my people perish for lack of knowledge."

What I found in being laid off from my job was that I could live in God's way by determing what he wanted me to do and living in God's own vision for me.

My goal is to give hope to the hopeless and to let you know that your life can be more than it is now.  I am asking you to have an open mind toward network marketing.  If you are working now, you may even be able to write off many expenses involved with beginning your own Christian Home Based Business. You may have even heard that network marketing is a scam.  Laws have determined that network marketing is a viable vehicle for business.  All it does is take money away from the distribution and middle men and give it to the people who refer (referral based marketing).  You do this all the time and don't get paid;  (i.e. when you recommend a movie or a restaurant).  Why not grab your piece of the pie.  You ask yourself, "how do I do that?"  I tell you from my own wisdom and experience, "get in line."  You see someone with just as much going as you, copy what they do and don't quit.  You will find many such people in our company and even on our team who have a proven track record of success in the indutry--and that even includes me.

Many network marketers treat their company as if it were a lottery. (hey, this might just be the one), and then skip over to another company if the least little thing doesn't go their way.  I'm telling you--stick with it.  Give a company at least a couple of years.  It takes awhile just to learn the ropes if you've never been in this field.  Network marketing is a great profession, even taught at Harvard Business School and recommended by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki (author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad") .

Another suggestion I've learned the hard way is not to choose a startup company, because they often go under as quickly as they started.  By starting a Christian Home Based Business with GBG, you will be encouraged to know that we are over 14 years old and poised for growth to go into foreign countries beginning the first quarter of 2011.  For once, you're at the right place at this right time.  The Lord may have been preparing you for such a time as this.  One of the most important things in making a network marketing decision is to choose the right company.

There are other prerequisites for success, also. But without the right company you're DOA.  Ask me about the over 30 companies I've had some affiliation with in my network marketing career.  Much time and money wasted on "wrong" companies attest to that fact.  I just went along with the flow, not even knowing what I was doing, yet knowing there were people doing it--so all would have to do was get in line, right?  No, I had no training and many of the comanies were short-lived.  I don't believe some of them were even planned to be long-term. Our Christian Home Based Business GBG - which stands for "guided by God" has all the right criteria to be a successful vehicle to propel you towards success.

Should you decide not to become a representative with my Christian home based company, you may even want to just be a customer.  That is ok, because there is a large percentage of people who are just customers for the fabulous product we have which is listed in the Physicians Desk Reference. The product is only $39.95 and is listed in the Physicians Desk Reference Guide.

If you continue with your present job, our product (The GBG  10-IN-ONE) a liquid supplement with superjuices like gogi berry and acaii) should help you gain more energy and stamina because it is absorbed into the body within 3 minutes after you take it. It helped me alot when I working a stressful job. You don't know how bad you feel until you feel good.

GBG Liquid is Better Than Pills!
The GBG 10-IN-ONE helps you avoid those middle of the day drops in energy.  At least it did for me.  Our company believes in the product so much that they even offer a 60 day money back guarantee.

Right now, I'm just telling you -- I know where you're coming from in regards to financial stress.  I'm a product of the administration which supplied bank bailout money instead of jobs.  I'm a product of the programs which required that you get behind and ruin your credit before you'd even be considered for a loan modification.  "You deserve a break today" applies to more than just McDonalds

Let the GBG Christian Home Based Business pay for your Christmas

Every year about this time we begin to think about the holidays ahead. To some, this is the best time of the year, but for others it is dreaded--not because it is dreaded for the joy it brings, but because they know they'll have to whip their credit cards out, already carrying high balances. Some people have no credit and few cash reserves, so they are relying on their rainy day fund--which is almost depleated.

If you are one of the one in ten who are unemployed, you may be asking yourself, "where is the money going to come from?" Yes we do depend on the Lord to supply all our needs according to his riches in glory, but are all the presents at Christmas a "need"? Wonder what Jesus would think about all the hooplah at Christmas, when Santa is mentioned more than Jesus at some households. Wonder what he would think about people going into debt when he says in the word: "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law."

This may sound crazy to you, but I've always been broke after Christmas. I just gave what I had, and if Christmas was over and I had any money--it would be a miracle. Last year was sorta different: we do have a big family and as usual, I had bought all these presents for people knowing full well, they might not like them. There had also been alot of sadness in our family due to the fact that my step-father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and things were not the same. So, on a lark, I just made a game out of it, dividing and we played a game where everyone had a chance to choose another package if they did not like the one they had. What I found was that everyone wanted the gift cards. They wanted to buy what they wanted, and it didn't matter that I had spent hours choosing just the right gift. I watched expressions while the game was played and it taught me a lesson about future Christmases. From then on out, I was still going to play the game with my family members as we did last year--but this year what I intend on doing is getting alot of little trinket gifts and a few gift cards and give the rest of the money to a needy family. Who cares if it doesn't seem like Christmas? This holiday was not being celebrated as I think Christ would have like it to be: decorations, yes--expensive gifts nobody cares about anyway and will probably take back: no. He gives us only so much time on earth, and we have to make the most of that time. Hours wasted on standing in long lines to spend money we don't have on people who don't care anway (most of the time). Like I said, this year (not because I don't have the money, but because I really don't think Jesus would have liked his birthday celebrated this way).

Our idea of buying expensive gifts is way out of line. We must reanalyze the way we approach this day and ask ourselves if this is what Jesus would want; after all it's his birtday celebration. Then we should find a way to celebrate the holiday without going into debt.

Now for one out of 10, you have no answer for celebrating Christmas as you are out of a job and out of money. Take a look at the opportunity with my homebased Christian opportunity. If you really knew how to analyze a company and product opportunity, you would see that GBG (guided by God) meets all the criteria to be the right choice for many people, whether employed or unemployed--as most people work the opportunity part-time.

Decide now to not go into debt this Christmas--God will supply the vehicle. There is always a way with God and nothing is impossible with God. Christmas is supposed to be a time of peace and joy. People who go into debt are planting a field of thorns which will be hard to plow thru once they are planted.

My goal is to provide hope for the hopeless. I point you in two directions: (1) the way of truth; Jesus says I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the father but by me", and (2) GBG (in my opinion, the perfect home based business for Christians and my choice for a debt-free Christmas.

GBG Home Based Business May be your Answer to Time Freedom

Seems like there's two types of people:  people with alot of time and no money or people with alot of money and no time.

As you know, my goal is to offer hope to the hopeless.  Tonight at our church, our goal was to do just that.  Instead of going out and celebrating a holiday designed for Satan and his gang, our church decided to come together and offer hope to the hopeless.  This celebration of a day which belongs to God because the word says, "this is the day the Lord hath made," was a grand celebration of what God's people can do for their community if they would just step out in faith and make the proclamation that this day does not belong to Satan and the dark forces of evil which would just like to "try" and take over.  There were over 2000 people present.  There are about 200 people who go to our church.  There had been much preparation, and I believe that next year this event will be even bigger than ever.  We had so many activities, skits, music dance, games, candy....etc..., and I'm sure each child went home with more candy than they would have gotten if they had gone to a large subdivision.

Our intention was to show love to children that need love.  They were all so cute.  We had worked for many days, and many merchants had donated door prizes and gift cards.  If we had started earlier we would have had even more, but it all worked out great in the end.

The other day (only two days before the event, we were gathering donations, and were really short on donations--especially candy.  We really prayed about the situation.  I could not sleep and for some crazy reason stayed up until 4:30 a.m.  BB was at her house and she too could not sleep.  She stayed up until 4:30a.m. too.  We met at 9:30 a.m. the next morning, and she told me she had had a dream that we were supposed to present a seed offering to the Lord -- telling him that we were believing to have the van full of candy when we were finished that day.  We both gave half of an offering.  After three visits, we had no candy--but 2 gift cards.  We decided to go to the Chattanooga Food Bank.  The manager told us that she did not think they had any candy.  She would have to look.  She came back and said she did have some, but she didn't think it was very much.  We said that's ok, every bit helps.  She said she needed to make a call.  She came back about five minutes later, telling us that she did find some and to pull around to the back.  When we went back there, there was a whole pallet of candy to be loaded on the van--just enough to fill the whole van.  My heart began to explode.  All I could say was, "praise the Lord.  Praise the Lord."  Hey, in fact, I actually shouted it out twice.  The guys in the warehouse brought the pallet around for us to load.  My God had done it again.  The two guys who had dropped the pallet of candy were standing there drinking a coke staring at us, with a sheepish grin on their face.  They were getting a kick out of watching us load, and I wasn't about to take their joy away --when my God had placed so much joy in my own heart -- it began to overflow.  We continued our collectons for the children that day, but that grand answer to prayer was very profound.  I will never forget how I felt.

If I had been working a "regular" job, I would never had been able to have experienced that moment, and it was definitely on a top 50 moments list for me.

What I'm trying to tell you is that network marketing and my company could be the answer to your financial problems and time freedom problems.  GBG, my  Christian home based business, allows a person to work when then want and determine for their own selves how hard they want to work.  You, with God's blessings, can determine your own financial destiny.  The product, 10in1 is only $39.95 + shipping and handling and is the best multivitamin I have ever had.  The fact that it is a liquid is a plus for many people, especially the elderly who have a hard time swallowing -- and it tastes good.  Although it is the answer to about 10 different health problems, my personal testimony about the product would be that it gives a marked energy increase, and if you need to lose weight -- when you feel like being active and have the energy to lose weight--this in itself will help you feel like being more active.

I also like the fact that the company is Christian oriented.  What I mean is that the values the company has are Biblical.  You will realize this when you meet our President, "Stuart Finger."  Although our company is 14 years old (it originally started as a telecom company called ITI), Stuart Finger is a young man.  To learn more about the company, the business opportunity, just go to http://www.gbgtoday.com/.  There you take the tour and decide for yourself whether you like to represent our company, GBG.

Getting back to time freedom -- many people have things in their life which make it difficult to work a conventional part-time job where someone else determines the hours they are to work.  This could be due to trying to keep the schedule which best fits in with their family.  You don't have to miss ball games, recitals, PTA meetings.  In fact your relationships you meet at these events may even be your next customer.  Network marketing is all about relationships and people telling people.  GBG, my Christian homebased company, is product oriented.  The product is worth more than the price you pay for it when you consider the fact it contains many of the super juices which are popular now as well as some super antioxidants.  Therefore, this business is easy to duplicate.  Can you imagine beginning a business opportunity for under $50 which has the ability to generate a six-figure income annually.  The income opportunity is so lucrative due to the recent payplan enhancement.  All positions with GBG are easy to obtain.  I love it and I hope you will too.

If you are the type of person who desires to elevate themselves by obtaining more income without sacrificing family time or personal time, look into the opportunity.  We will be going interntional sometime before March of 2011.  The first countries we go into will be Spanish speaking, so if you are bilingual or know people who are -- this is a plus.  Listen to one of our webinars which is on Mon-Thurs at 10EST.  You'll be glad you did.  With a 60-day money back guarantee and free websites and webinars to promote the company, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose (unless it is weight) or maybe stress.

GBG A Great Christian Home Based Business Opportunity

GBG - GUIDED BY GOD!

GBG is a Christian Business Opportunity
Christian people look for Christian people to do business with because they feel that if someone says that they are a Christian they might be treated better, in other words they hope that they will not get ripped off.

GBG means "Guided By God." Stuart Finger founded GBG as a company for all people and driven by Christian values

Stuart is a Christian and started this company so that people could use it be of better service to God, sharing the life of the Saviour, helping people become healthier, and living wealthier lifestyles.

Stuart said that he created this company so that everyone that joined could make money, not just the tech savvy or the big time networkers... Even the average person can find success in GBG.

That's what attracted me to the company. GBG is a company that has the same values that I hold dear.

With GBG Dreams Do Come True!
I love GBG and love to work with all people especially Christian people. I love the LORD, I am not perfect, but my LORD is, and I hope that people see Him in me. I know that God brought me to GBG and because of GBG my life has changed so much. I am finally at a place where I can help more people. I am less concerned with how I am going to make it in life and I can spend my life giving and helping others.
My real passion is helping other people become financially free so that they can find the freedom to live for the LORD and serve Him in a greater capacity.
We teach our team HOW TO market their businesses online and offline. We give you the tools you need to get started right away and grow as fast as you want to.

Thinking about an Old Friend - Glenn W. Turner

It was probably about 35 years ago when I was first introduced to the concept of network marketing.  The product was a fuel additive with a company called Mix-i-Go.  I don't remember much about it other than I bought some of the product, and as far as I remember--I never opened my mouth and told anybody about the product or the opportunity. (I was actually a shy person at the time, but with a strong desire to succeed).  I believe I signed up for Amway too later that year.  I was also at the first meeting of A.L. Williams at the convention center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  The business model of network marketing works.  The premise is that it cuts out the middle men and pays what would have been paid for advertising directly to the distributor.

When I met Glenn W. Turner (the King of network marketing), it was thru a group of friends who had been engaged with me in another company and are even affiliated with me now in my present company.  This was during the time when prepaid phone cards were popular.  Several companies like Destiny at that time used phone cards as their only product and grew to be huge companies.  Anyway, I was invited to a 3-day seminar called Steps to Greatness.  At that time, one of my brothers had passed away and I was very depressed.  I was the owner of a satellite dish business which specialized in the sale and installation of c-ban systems (the big 7-1/2' dishes).  I had let my business slide and since my overhead was so high, found myself going down the tube, so to say.  Glenn held a Steps to Greatness seminar which changed my way of thinking.  I went back home and cleared close to $8000 during the next 4 weeks.  Each day I would read an affirmation card which said, "I'm the great Cindy Brooks. I earn over $2000/week which comes to me thru a variety of sources."  And I did, but had to pull over to the side of the road and throw up a several of times.  I was on fire and determined--as Glenn W. Turner would say, "I was unstoppable."  I believed.  His course had encouraged me to again believe in myself again--a prerequisite for success, according to both Glenn and my rich dad.

You may not have ever heard of Glenn W Turner, even if you are in network marketing. But, he paid the price and along with Amway helped pave the way towards legitimacy for network marketing companies.  Glenn was sent to prison for not going by rules he never know existed.  You see, in the earlier years network marketing was considered a ponzi scheme by many. Glenn was used as a scapegoat to prevent his power from gaining control.  If you could go back and watch a video where he talked to thousands, you'd understnd what I mean.  And since network marketing was so young--there was not that much competition. Money always brings with it a certain amount of power, and Glenn had it.  His money and power had also elevated him to a position which empowered him to run for Senator.  Running for Senator was short lived--showing everyone involved with network marketing what might also be their fate. Five years from a man's life spent in prison is alot of time, but as he will tell you, "they never could take my mind."

If you're a networker or are interested in the network marketing field, do a little research on him.  Glenn W. Turner is a great guy who started out as a poor farm boy with a dogged desire and determination which propelled him to riches.  He helped network marketing to be a legitimate vehicle for wealth which is now even taught at Harvard Business School and given as a strategy for wealth by Donald Trump.

If you have given up on your economic status, you may want to investigate network marketing--but it is not to be taken lightly unless you can afford to waste alot of time and money before understanding the fundamentals of what makes it work and why you don't want to get involved with just any company.

Although I hate to admit it, I personally sorta played with network marketing--as alot of people who enter the field do. However, I helped create some some large downlines (even over 5000), but the companies I joined were mainly start-ups and short lived.

My biggest expense back then was my telephone bill which was often over $1000 a month, but the cost to communicate is much different now.  The internet has put people with marketing knowledge or the ability to delegate their work out on an equal playing field.  With social marketing sites like Facebook, relatioships are even easier to cultivate. I believe many people should investigate network marketing instead of working some menial job with low wages.  Network marketing is an exciting venue, if you treat it as a business.  And that is the key--treat it as a business, and as Glenn W. Turner says - stay with successful people.

To learn more about Glenn W. Turner, go to http://www.glennwturner.net/.
While there, you can listen to a recent interview with him.  No longer do you have to be ashamed if you have chosen this field of marketing as a career.  You could be part of the thousands of people who earn a significant income to make all their dreams come true and have residual income which will give them dignity in their retirement years.

Please bookmark my blog and visit back often.  My goal is to help encourage you and give hope to the hopeless.  There are always people who make money in tough economic conditions and you could be one of them.

Network Marketing on Steroids!

Wow, what a day.  Learning how to market on the internet is not as easy as it looks on the surface.  Thank the Lord I'm with a company which has leadership who has free training which is helping me to learn how to market on the internet without spending money.

When I was laid off in January, I knew nothing about Facebook.  I was to some extent computer literate, but knew nothing about social marketing.  I love it.  I love being an encourager and giving hope to others who are looking for an alternative to a life of mediocrity.  I love meeting new people.  I now have the vehicle which can help them achieve their dreams.  But most of all, I love being in the center of God's will for my life.  There was a huge breakthrough last week after I wrote my WHY (you might want to look at yesterday's post to get further clarification on that).  Without a WHY, a person may just grope in darkness.  Having a why brings forth enthusiasm and establishes motivation.

Check out my latest GBG Video:  http://www.shopgbg.com/jpp777/372390
New chewables have been ordered for international expansion and a new sampling program will soon be available.  This is so very exciting.  With all of these new enhancements to the payplan, the best addition is the new profit sharing plan.

Have you ever heard that you need to kiss a lot of toads to meet your handsome prince?  Well that's the way I have felt about network marketing.  In the past, I've help build huge downlines only to find that the company soon went out of business.  However, with the company I'm now affilated with--they've been in business for 14 years, but only now has everything lined up to make it everything I've ever wanted in a network marketing company.

I cannot say this is the solution to "your" financial problems, only that for thousands it has lended new hope towards economic recovery.  It could possibly do the same for you.  Take a look at the video above, on the platinum, then get signed up on my website or if you just want to be a customer and try the product, there is a 60-day money back guarantee.  If you need to call me, you can reach me at (423) 591-5914.

Determining Your Why or Joy Comes in the Morning

Hello friends,

The journey begins with a single step.  You have the ability and freewill to determine which direction you want to go.  Many people walk thru life not thinking about any specific direction, just going with the flow.  What happens to these people is that they never accomplish their own goals--they live a life fulfilling the goals of someone else.  A life well lived should be lived on your own terms meeting your own goals.  I'm not meaning to be selfish, but there are many people out there who will suck you in and use you for their own benefit to meet goals they have set for themselves.  It's fine to be part of this -- as long as your goal meets with theirs, but a tragedy if they do not.

Now, you ask me, what do you mean by my WHY?  Am I talking about a purpose driven life, a passion or just what?  I am talking about the reason you do what you do, other than just to put food on the table or pay the bills (your reason for doing what you do).

Also, in my last post, I was trying to encourage the hopeless--those who had lost their dream.  During this time of economic crisis in our nation, many have lost everything.  Let me take this time to encourage you.  I "was" one of those.  I lost all my savings as well as a 2400sf  home with 3 acres (my dream home, the one I called my "promised land)."  I was upgrading to put my life on a new level, so I thought.  What I soon found out was that a big house with acerage took time to maintain and equip, and it therefore became a burden to me.  I was spending all my free time, instead of doing things for my God, doing things around the house.  Yes it did give me a certain sense of satisfaction, but it also was a big emotional burden with all the upkeep involved.  My car, which was reposessed, was a vehicle used in my job and actually I owed more than it was worth, so it was therefore a burden also.  What I'm trying to say is that I went from earning $62k last year to $300/week in unemployment.  I could have given up -- but cars and houses can be replaced and many lessons were learned by moving to the next level.  Mainly, at least for me, I was defining myself by what I owned instead of who I was and who I was becoming.  My job took up so much time and emotional energy, I was incapable of pursuing any pleasures in life.  The dog-eat-dog competive lifestyle had taken a drain on me in every way.  I had been working 50-55 hrs/wk to be able to own a nice car and a nice big house I could not enjoy. This is how I can talk to you from the heart.  I'm speaking from experience.

Now, about my own WHY and how I felt before I determined my WHY.  Before I determined my WHY, I felt lonely and isolated.  Friends--it's hard to have friends when you feel like there's a black cloud over your head.  But let me tell you this -- as soon as I determined my WHY, my life immediately began to do a complete turn-around.  My own personal WHY was to give hope to the hopeless while at the same time pursuing my own personal path of self growth along with travel and writing with a flexible lifestyle. Every decison I began to make was wrapped up in my WHY--it gave me power and strength because I knew that my life was divinely guided and I was in God's will.

In school, we were never told how to determine our WHY--the one thing which would give more joy than any other awareness we might have.  This should be, in my opinion, a required subject before a person graduates from high school. Many students graduate from high school with no idea of where they are going or what they are going to do.  And when they do pursue career activities, it is often menial or with no future anticipated goal.

When you have determined your WHY, please put a comment on my blog and let me know how it is effecting your life.  I believe it will be one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

The Bible states that "the kingdom of God is within you."  You have the ability to determine your own future.  Do not listen to those who want to see you fail or are happy to see you live a life of mediocrity.  The Bible also states, "seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you" and also that "it is God's great pleasure to give you the kingdom."  He desires relationship with you and he died "so that you might have life and have it more abundantly."  Please--when I say anything to you--judge it by the book (the Bible).  The word of God says to "study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."  I am just a messenger of the gospel (the Good News of Christ).  The keys to a life well lived on earth are found in the Bible and thru the Holy Spirit.

God has the ability to give you "beauty for ashes."  Never give up, my friend.

I really appreciate your taking the time to read my blog, and I pray that God blesses you and your family in this time of crisis.  I will not sugarcoat what is happening; I will only tell you that there is a vehicle available for your own economic success and that many people are replacing their old incomes with a new opportunity.  There are always those who succeed in economic crisis--those who see an opportunity and act on that opportunity.  Do not fear.  Whether you choose this pathway to wholeness or a different pathway, let God show you the way.  He says, "there is a way which seemeth right to many, but the end thereof is destruction," ---so let the Holy Spirit of God guide your way.  I am praying for you, dear friend.

A New Beginning - Christian Home Based Blog

You know, the crazy thing about life is that every day is a new day and you're allowed to start over on any given day. Each day, once you make a decision, gives you new options and opportunities.

It's hard to believe that I finally found the right homebased opportunity which gives me everything I need to have a more stable financial future along with the ability to help each member on my team be able to do the same.  I will tell you more in the future about my journey to freedom -- so mark me on your favorites and come back often.

We all have dreams, and don't tell me you don't.  You may have just given up.  My two words for you today is "Do something."  Don't give up.  Lost your job?  It's not over.  Lost your house to foreclosure?  It's not over.  Lost your car and credit rating?  I'm here to tell you - hey man, it's not over.  Do something.  One of my favorite quotations is by Charlie "Tremendous" Jones--"It's better to move ahead and stub your toe, than never to move at all." Don't be afraid of failure.  Each failure is only one more step towards success.  Ask Thomas Edison, the inventor of lightbulb.  He failed his way to success over 10,000 times.  The secret to his success was that he never gave up.

Tomorrow I will be posting on determining your WHY (more about that later).  Have a good day and follow your dreams and don't give up.
